This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to join a leading cloud solutions and managed services business based in the North East.

Synergi have seen substantial growth since its inception in 2013, and this appointment will add to our experienced team to support our continued success. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.


Candidates need to based in the UK to be considered for this role.
 

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting solutions that improve client operations and deliver measurable business results. The role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 functionality, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide exceptional service.

 

Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of 365 best practices, including workflow design, user interface configuration, and reporting.
  • Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into 365 solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.
     

Qualifications & Skills:

    • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 features and capabilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of 365 architecture, including customization, configuration, and development.
    • Experience with the following Dynamics applications:
    • Dynamics Sales
    • Dynamics Customer Service
    • Dynamics Field Service (not essential)
    • Dynamics Customer Insights (not essential)

       

Education:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or relevant experience).
  • Experience in project management or familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
  • Participate in the identification and implementation of process improvements within the Dynamics 365 platform.
