Due to continued growth and internal promotions we are now searching for a Senior Sales Executive to join and complement our very experienced sales team. To be successful in this role you will be passionate about managed services and cloud technology and have proven experience of selling technology projects as part of a  team. You will be familiar with solution sales / automation and Microsoft solutions and have experience in selling IT security and managed services contracts.

You will already be a strong new business hunter and an experienced relationship manager who can help businesses streamline through using technology.



 

Responsibilities for Sales Executive:

 

  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
  • Research and analyse sales options
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Stay current with tech trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
  • Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
  • Build and maintain professional networks
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs

 


Role Duties & Expectations:

 

  • Working within our business development team, you will assist with building new sales pipeline and delivering a monthly gross profit target.
  • Assist the team with marketing events and seminars with presentations and technical demonstrations where required.
  • Synergi places a lot of emphasis on developing skills and you will be given the opportunity to attend events, user groups and actively participate in online communities to extend your technical knowledge.
  • Work with existing clients to maintain close and engaging relationships.

 

Skills, Qualifications, & Experience:

 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Sales and Marketing or a related field is typical but not essential for the role.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Sales / Sales management
  • New business sales experience is core to this role
  • Proven experience of technical Sales in Microsoft 365 Cloud solutions, SharePoint projects with detailed experience in collaboration and automation solutions and experience would be beneficial, negotiating Managed Services support contract sales and have a good understanding of selling cyber security tools.
  • You will demonstrate strong communication skills and customer-facing experience to support leading sales presentations alongside your expert Pre sales colleagues.

  • Intranets – SharePoint Hub/Communication sites
  • Microsoft Teams, collaboration and communication solutions.
  • Microsoft Power Platform and/or Nintex Workflow platform for process automation
  • Business Intelligence, Azure data services, PowerBI
  • Managed Services and Security solution selling
